RETURN PROCEDURE

• Please complete the form to start the return process.

• Prepare a return package for the courier. Remember to pack all items and secure the packaging well.

• Send the product to our warehouse.

• Wait for the refund. We make the return to the bank account number provided in the form, no later than 14 days after receiving the shipment and verifying its correctness with the return policy.

 

PRODUCT RETURNS

If   you are not satisfied with your purchases at www.platanroom.pl, you can return or exchange the unused product todays from receipt of shipment. We do not accept returns of used items.

A full refund of the purchase price will only be made if the goods are returned in the same condition as when the goods were handed over to the customer. Unpacked products, without the original packaging, are also subject to returns, provided that they bear only such traces of use that result from their use in a way necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. If the product shows traces of use, the full refund will not be made, and the customer is obliged to bear the costs of reducing the value of the returned item or sending the package back to the customer. Discounted products are also eligible for returns.
